By accessing alaskahiking.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our platform is currently in private beta and requires whitelist approval.
2. Wilderness Safety Disclaimer
alaskahiking.ai provides informational and planning tools only. AI-generated routes, weather data, and wildlife alerts are not guarantees of safety. You are solely responsible for your decisions in the backcountry. Always carry appropriate safety equipment and inform others of your plans.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Premium features require an active subscription and whitelist-approved account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape our trail data, reverse-engineer our AI models, or submit false wildlife or trail condition reports. Violations may result in account termination.
